Mobile Protocol Header (16 bytes)

Compact header designed for mobile clients with bandwidth constraints.

Fields§

§magic: u8

Magic number: 0xDF

§version: u8

Protocol version

§msg_type: u8

Message type: REQ(1), RSP(2), NOTIFY(3), SYSRSP(4)

§flags: u8

Flags: bit0=compressed, bit1=encrypted, bit2=fragment

§headcrc16: u16

Header CRC16 (truncating addition checksum)

§datacrc: u16

Data CRC16 (lower 16 bits of CRC32)

§seq_id: u16

Sequence ID (16-bit, wraps around)

§timeout: u16

Timeout in seconds (not milliseconds!)

§body_length: u32

Body length in bytes
