pub struct ResolveError;Expand description
The one failure that is a decision rather than a corrupt pack.
Implementations§
Source§impl ResolveError
impl ResolveError
Sourcepub fn missing_base(oid: &[u8]) -> Error
pub fn missing_base(oid: &[u8]) -> Error
A thin pack’s external base, named.
Sourcepub fn out_of_memory(
reason: &str,
available: u64,
budget: u64,
done: u64,
total: u64,
) -> Error
pub fn out_of_memory( reason: &str, available: u64, budget: u64, done: u64, total: u64, ) -> Error
This box cannot index this pack, said out loud instead of waited out.
The memory watchdog paused, dropped everything droppable, and still could
not get back over its floor — either for
MemWatchdog::pause_deadline
or because the flush freed nothing three times running. Lane P2’s rig
took the other branch, which was to wait forever: 1 pause, 0 resumes,
1h45m41s, and a client that never got an ack. A refusal by name is a
worse outcome for this one push and a far better one for the operator,
who can now read the row and give the box more memory.
