A handle to one conda package. Coords authoritative (from the name/version/ build/subdir columns the plugin parsed out of info/index.json). Bytes lazy via CondaPackage::bytes.

The package’s uncompressed size in bytes (no decompression).

LAZY: pread + decompress the package bytes. The only I/O of the read API.
