Velocity policy for one scaling direction.

Fields

stabilization_window: Option<Duration>

How long to remember prior recommendations and pick the most conservative (highest on scale-down, lowest on scale-up) to damp flapping. Kubernetes default: 0s scale-up, 300s scale-down.

policies: Vec<ScalePolicy>

Rate-limit policies; the select policy chooses among them.

select: PolicySelect

Which policy value to apply when multiple are given.
