One published port mapping entry returned by Runtime::port_mappings_container.

Mirrors one entry of Docker’s /containers/{id}/port map. A single container port may bind multiple host endpoints (e.g. IPv4 + IPv6); each such binding yields one PortMappingEntry.

container_port: u16

Container port number that’s published.

protocol: String

Protocol ("tcp", "udp", "sctp").

host_ip: Option<String>

Host IP address that the container’s port is mapped to.

host_port: Option<u16>

Host port number that the container’s port is mapped to.
