Path identity of a single target file the plan writes to.

Resolution to a concrete std::path::PathBuf lives in the applier; the plan only carries the symbolic identity so it can be compared, hashed, and serialised without an ApplyContext.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

SqPack .dat file at (main_id, sub_id, file_id).

SqPack sub-category identifier; high byte selects the expansion folder.

file_id: u32

.dat file index, appended directly as .datN.
