Emit

Enum Emit

Source
pub enum Emit {
    Payload,
    PayloadWithEncapsulation,
    KeyHash,
}
Expand description

What the probe writes out.

Variants§

§

Payload

The serialised sample, with no encapsulation header.

The default, because it is the part two implementations have to agree on byte for byte. The header says which encoding was used, which the caller already chose.

§

PayloadWithEncapsulation

The sample behind its four-byte encapsulation header.

§

KeyHash

The sixteen-byte KeyHash. DDSI-RTPS 2.5 §9.6.3.8.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Emit

Source

pub const ALL: [Emit; 3]

Every form.

Source

pub const fn as_str(self) -> &'static str

The name the command line uses.

Source

pub fn parse(value: &str) -> Option<Emit>

Parse a command-line value, rejecting anything else.
