Peer hat Close gesendet, wir muessen mit Close antworten. (Spec §7.1.4)

Closed

Close-Handshake abgeschlossen — TCP-Close kann folgen. (Spec §7.1.1 Normal Closure)

Failed

Connect wurde abnormal beendet. (Spec §7.1.7)
