CIDR-artige IPv4/IPv6-Range, inklusiv interpretiert.

Minimaler Selbstbau (kein ipnet-Dep, um den Safety-Footprint klein zu halten). Praefix-Laenge in Host-Bits: IPv4 bis 32, IPv6 bis 128. Parsing (z.B. aus "10.0.0.0/24") kommt in RC1 (Governance-XML); hier genuegt die struct-Form.

Fields§

§base: IpAddr

Basis-Adresse der Range (Host-Bits werden ignoriert).

§prefix_len: u8

Praefix-Laenge in Bits. Muss <= 32 fuer v4, <= 128 fuer v6.
