OutOfResources

OUT_OF_RESOURCES (§5.2.1.5) — Resource exhausted.

PreconditionNotMet

PRECONDITION_NOT_MET (§5.2.1.6) — State-Machine-Violation (e.g. initialize while not in the Created state).
