Variants

Optimistic

OPTIMISTIC — conflict check at commit time.

ReadCommitted

READ_COMMITTED — like OPTIMISTIC, but reads only see Committed objects.

Serializable

SERIALIZABLE — strictly serialized (the caller serializes transactions, not the cache).
