DataRepresentationMask

Struct DataRepresentationMask

Source
pub struct DataRepresentationMask {
    pub xcdr1: bool,
    pub xcdr2: bool,
    pub xml: bool,
}
Expand description

The data representations a type allows.

A mask rather than one value: @data_representation(XCDR1 | XCDR2) is legal and means both. DDS-XTypes 1.3 §7.6.3.1.1.

Fields§

§xcdr1: bool

XCDR1 is allowed.

§xcdr2: bool

XCDR2 is allowed.

§xml: bool

XML is allowed.

Implementations§

Source§

impl DataRepresentationMask

Source

pub const ALL: Self

The DataRepresentationMask value of a type that carries no @data_representation: “interpreted as if the DataRepresentationMask value was set to 0xffffffff” (DDS-XTypes 1.3 §7.3.1.2.1.15), which allows every representation.

Source

pub const ALL_BITS: u32 = 0xffff_ffff

The value 0xffffffff of the annotation-less case, as the 32-bit mask of §7.3.1.2.1.15.

Source

pub const fn bits(self) -> u32

The positions of the DataRepresentationMask bitmask: XCDR1 0, XML 1, XCDR2 2 (§7.3.1.2.1.15).

Source

pub const fn is_empty(self) -> bool

Whether the mask allows nothing, which no declaration should produce and a validation rule reports.
