Variants

WarmLoad(ModelArtifact)

Schema hash matches exactly, skip EM and use the saved params directly.

WarmStart

Schema is similar (distance ≤ threshold), use saved params as the EM warm-start initializer and run 2–3 iterations to fine-tune.
