#[non_exhaustive]pub enum ToolDensity {
Compact,
Inline,
Block,
}Expand description
Re-export of zeph_config::ToolDensity for use within the TUI widget layer.
Consumers within zeph-tui should import this re-export rather than
reaching into zeph-config directly so that the dependency is consistent.
Controls how much detail is shown for tool-call messages in the chat view.
Cycled with the c key at runtime; persisted in [tui].tool_density.
§Examples
use zeph_config::ToolDensity;
let d = ToolDensity::default();
assert_eq!(d, ToolDensity::Inline);
assert_eq!(d.cycle(), ToolDensity::Block);
assert_eq!(ToolDensity::Block.cycle(), ToolDensity::Compact);
assert_eq!(ToolDensity::Compact.cycle(), ToolDensity::Inline);Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Compact
Single-line summary only (tool name + line count, no output body).
Inline
Command line + head/tail-truncated output (default).
Block
Full output body without truncation.
