§id: i64

Primary key assigned by the database.

§skill_name: String

The skill’s unique name.

§version: i64

Monotonically increasing version number within the skill.

§body: String

Full SKILL.md body for this version.

§description: String

Human-readable description extracted from the skill body.

§source: String

Origin of the version: "manual", "auto", etc.

§is_active: bool

Whether this version is currently the active one for the skill.

§success_count: i64

Number of successful tool invocations recorded against this version.

§failure_count: i64

Number of failed tool invocations recorded against this version.

§created_at: String

ISO-8601 timestamp when this version was created.
