Struct LlmRouter

LLM-based memory router.

Sends the query to the configured provider and parses a JSON response: {"route": "keyword|semantic|hybrid|graph|episodic", "confidence": 0.0-1.0}.

On LLM failure, falls back to HeuristicRouter.
