Fields

model: String

Gemini model name, e.g. gemini-2.0-flash.

max_tokens: u32

Maximum output tokens.

base_url: String

API base URL. Default: https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com. Can be overridden for proxies or Vertex AI.

embedding_model: Option<String>

Embedding model name, e.g. text-embedding-004. When set, supports_embeddings() returns true.

thinking_level: Option<GeminiThinkingLevel>

Thinking level for Gemini 3+ models: minimal, low, medium, high. For Gemini 2.5 models use thinking_budget instead.

thinking_budget: Option<i32>

Thinking token budget for Gemini 2.5 models (0 = disable, -1 = dynamic, 0–32768).

include_thoughts: Option<bool>

Include thinking summaries in the response (default: false).
