Fields

id: u64

Numeric ticket ID.

number: Option<String>

Customer-facing ticket number (e.g. "100123").

title: Option<String>

Ticket subject / title.

group_id: Option<u64>

ID of the assigned group (queue).

state_id: Option<u64>

ID of the current state (new, open, closed, …).

priority_id: Option<u64>

ID of the assigned priority.

customer_id: Option<u64>

ID of the customer this ticket belongs to.

owner_id: Option<u64>

ID of the agent currently owning the ticket.

organization_id: Option<u64>

ID of the customer’s organization, if any.

note: Option<String>

Free-form internal note attached to the ticket.

created_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

When the ticket was created.

updated_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

When the ticket was last updated.

extra: Map<String, Value>

Any attribute Zammad returned that isn’t modelled above (typically Object-Manager custom fields).
