knowledge_base_id: u64

Id of the knowledge base the category belongs to.

parent_id: Option<u64>

Id of the parent category, or None for a top-level category.

icon: Option<String>

FontAwesome icon code (e.g. "f115").

position: Option<u64>

Sort position within its parent.

title: Option<String>

Title in the KB’s primary locale (first listed translation).

answer_ids: Vec<u64>

Ids of the answers in this category.

child_ids: Vec<u64>

Ids of the direct child categories.

created_at: Option<String>

Creation timestamp (ISO 8601).

updated_at: Option<String>

Last-update timestamp (ISO 8601).
