Structured error from a failed subprocess.

Wraps the exit code and stderr so callers can inspect them (e.g. to populate AgentOutput.exit_code / error_message).

Fields

exit_code: Option<i32>

The process exit code, if available.

stderr: String

Captured stderr text (may be empty).

agent_name: String

Name of the agent / command that failed.
