Expand description

Anything that can go wrong in this crate.

Variants§

§

Response

The server answered, and the answer was a failure.

Boxed: a YtError carries a whole error tree with its attributes, and leaving it inline would make every Result in the crate the size of the largest failure it can report.

Fields

§service: String
§method: String
§error: Box<YtError>
§

Packet(PacketError)

The bytes on the connection were not a well-formed packet.

§

Connect

The connection failed, or was never established.

Fields

§address: String
§source: Error
§

Io(Error)

I/O on an established connection failed.

§

Protocol(String)

The peer sent something structurally valid but not what the protocol allows here.

§

Decode

A protobuf message did not parse.

Fields

§message: &'static str
§

Timeout

The request did not complete inside its deadline.

Fields

§service: String
§method: String
§timeout: Duration
§

ConnectionClosed

The connection was closed while this request was in flight.

Fields

§request_id: Guid
§

Wire(WireError)

A rowset could not be decoded.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Error

Source

pub fn yt_error(&self) -> Option<&YtError>

The server-reported error, if this failure came from the server.

Source

pub fn has_code(&self, code: i32) -> bool

Whether this failure carries the given YTsaurus error code anywhere in its nesting.
