Struct SimpleCommand

Source
pub struct SimpleCommand {
    pub assigns: Vec<Assign>,
    pub words: Vec<(Word, ExpansionMode)>,
    pub redirs: Rc<Vec<Redir>>,
}
Expand description

Command that involves assignments, redirections, and word expansions

In the shell language syntax, a valid simple command must contain at least one of assignments, redirections, and words. The parser must not produce a completely empty simple command.

Fields§

§assigns: Vec<Assign>

Assignments

§words: Vec<(Word, ExpansionMode)>

Command name and arguments

§redirs: Rc<Vec<Redir>>

Redirections

Implementations§

Source§

impl SimpleCommand

Source

pub fn is_empty(&self) -> bool

Returns true if the simple command does not contain any assignments, words, or redirections.

Source

pub fn is_one_word(&self) -> bool

Returns true if the simple command contains only one word.

impl FromStr for SimpleCommand

Converts a string to a simple command.

This implementation does not support parsing a command that contains a here-document.

Source§

type Err = Option<Error>

Optional error value

The error is None if the first token does not start a simple command. A proper error is returned in Some(_) in case of a syntax error.

fn from_str(s: &str) -> Result<SimpleCommand, Option<Error>>

Parses a string s to return a value of this type. Read more

impl PartialEq for SimpleCommand

Source§

fn eq(&self, other: &SimpleCommand) -> bool

Tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0 · Source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
