A single entry from git submodule status output.

Fields

status: SubmoduleStatus

Status prefix: ’ ’ = ok, ‘-’ = uninit, ‘+’ = modified, ‘U’ = conflict.

sha: String

Current SHA of the submodule.

path: String

Path of the submodule relative to repo root.

descriptor: Option<String>

Optional branch/descriptor in parentheses (may be empty).
