Default timeout if not specified per-command.

idle_kill_timeout: Option<Duration>

Kill the child process if no stdout/stderr output for this duration. Detects processes stuck in infinite read-think-compact loops.

metrics: Option<Arc<YarliMetrics>>

Optional metrics registry for telemetry.
