The stream mode renderer.

Manages an inline viewport at the bottom of the terminal showing active task status with spinners, and pushes completed transitions to the native scrollback above.

Process a stream event: update state, push scrollback, refresh viewport.

Clean up the inline viewport and reposition the cursor below it.

Call this when the stream event loop is done to leave the terminal in a usable state. Also invoked automatically via Drop.
