One parsed workflow step after transformation. A clean tier-1/2 run: step has native = Some(..) and flags = []; a tier-3 step has native = None and a FlagKind::ReplaceWithNative; a run: step reaching the service has both a native step (it runs) and a flag (the reach won’t resolve on QED).

Fields

job: String

Owning GHA job id.

step_index: usize

0-based index within the job’s steps: list.

step_name: Option<String>

The step’s name: rendered to text, or None when unnamed.

native: Option<QedStep>

The mechanically-mapped native step, when one could be emitted. None for purely-flagged steps (tier-3, toolkit uses:, unknown) — there is nothing to run natively yet.

flags: Vec<FlagKind>

Why this step needs human attention. Empty for clean compute.
