pub struct MirrorBuildOverride {
pub command: Option<String>,
pub render_command: Option<String>,
pub env: BTreeMap<String, String>,
}Expand description
One component’s per-environment build override — the value type of
MirrorConfig::build (R905).
Every field is additive-or-replacing against the component’s own
workload.toml [build] table; an empty override is indistinguishable from
declaring none.
Fields§
§command: Option<String>Replaces build.command for this environment.
Absent leaves the workload’s own command in place — including absent,
which means “this project has no external bundler step” and must keep
meaning that (R838-B1). An override may therefore introduce a command
where the workload’s [build] table declares none — a deliberate
per-tier opt-in to a bundler, since the only way to write it is to name
one. A workload with no [build] table at all is still skipped
wholesale: there is no out_dir to publish from, so an override there
would have nothing to hand the publish step.
render_command: Option<String>Replaces build.render_command — the data-only re-render
(revalidate_static). Overridden separately from command because the
two run at different times against different inputs; a tier that needs
a different bundler command usually needs the same renderer.
env: BTreeMap<String, String>Environment variables exported to the build (and render) subprocess, applied on top of the inherited environment.
This is the knob for the common case — the command is the same, only a
baked-in origin/flag differs — and it is what keeps a project from
having to pre-declare one build:<env> script per environment before
any environment can exist.
