Expand description

Summary of a completed static-asset sync.

Fields§

§already_synced: Vec<String>

Asset filenames that were already present in the bucket with a matching BLAKE3 stamp (genuinely skipped — the bytes are known to be current).

§uploaded: Vec<String>

Asset filenames uploaded this run.

§republished: Vec<String>

R546-B10: filenames whose bucket object existed but did NOT match the declared artifact — either drifted content or a legacy object with no x-amz-meta-blake3 stamp — and was therefore re-uploaded. A key showing up here repeatedly across runs means something outside this reconciler keeps rewriting it; a key appearing exactly once is the expected one-time heal of a pre-metadata object.

§hash_mismatch: Vec<String>

Asset filenames whose source BLAKE3 hash didn’t match the manifest. These are NOT uploaded — operator must rebuild or fix the declaration.

§prune_candidates: Vec<String>

Asset filenames that were in the stored catalog manifest but are no longer in the current workload.toml. Prune candidates — not deleted.

§bootstrapped: Vec<BootstrappedHash>

BLAKE3 values discovered during a bootstrap-mode apply (a blake3 field shipped as the zero sentinel). Operator pastes these into the catalog to pin it; the assets were nonetheless uploaded this run.
