pub enum TunnelDriftState {
Synced,
Missing,
Mismatch,
ZoneUnknown,
}Expand description
Drift verdict for one tunnel ingress hostname: does live Cloudflare DNS route it to the tunnel’s CNAME target?
Maps onto the designed Tunnels table (infra-cloudflare.jsx): Synced
renders as a healthy pill, everything else as a drift pill (Missing
is the “DNS record missing” case the design calls out).
Variants§
Synced
A live DNS record points the hostname at the expected tunnel target.
Missing
No live DNS record exists for the hostname — the tunnel can’t route to it.
Mismatch
A live record exists but points somewhere other than the tunnel target.
ZoneUnknown
The hostname’s zone couldn’t be resolved or read (token lacks
Zone: Read / DNS: Read, or the apex isn’t a zone in any accessible
account) — drift indeterminate, not a failure.
