pub struct RecoveryJournal { /* private fields */ }Expand description
Append-only JSONL journal at .yah/cloud/recovery.jsonl.
Implementations§
Source§impl RecoveryJournal
impl RecoveryJournal
pub fn new(path: PathBuf) -> Self
Sourcepub fn at_workspace(workspace_root: &Path) -> Self
pub fn at_workspace(workspace_root: &Path) -> Self
Journal rooted at <workspace_root>/.yah/cloud/recovery.jsonl.
Sourcepub fn append(&self, records: &[RecoveryRecord]) -> Result<()>
pub fn append(&self, records: &[RecoveryRecord]) -> Result<()>
Append records, one JSONL line each.
Unlike crate::asset_journal::AssetStatusJournal::append this
propagates its error: that one is a best-effort side note during a
reconcile, whereas this is the entire point of the command the operator
ran, and a measurement silently not written is one nobody takes again.
Sourcepub fn replay(&self) -> BTreeMap<String, WorkloadRecovery>
pub fn replay(&self) -> BTreeMap<String, WorkloadRecovery>
Replay the journal into one entry per workload, last record winning per
(workload, subject).
Never errors: an absent journal — the state of every camp that has never
timed a restore — replays to an empty map, exactly like an unsynced
infra source overlays nothing in CloudConfig::load. An unparseable
line is skipped with a warning rather than failing the whole load.
Sourcepub fn replay_as_of(
&self,
now: DateTime<Utc>,
) -> BTreeMap<String, WorkloadRecovery>
pub fn replay_as_of( &self, now: DateTime<Utc>, ) -> BTreeMap<String, WorkloadRecovery>
replay with the clock supplied, so ages are
deterministic in tests.
