Capabilities 在运行时开关通道（与 build feature 相互独立）。零值保持全部可用。禁用通道只移除它自己的运行时路径：模式词（serve/mcp/help）与 -v/–version 继续工作，被禁用的模式以清晰错误应答。被禁通道的 CLI()/HTTP()/MCP() 配置照常编译与运行——只是不再被消费。

§no_cli: bool

不在命令注册表上生成子命令（mcp/serve/help/-v 仍可用）。

§no_mcp: bool

mcp 模式不可用（stdio/http 都拒绝）。

§no_http: bool

serve 模式不可用。
