Decoded header for one xlog block.

Fields

magic: u8

Magic byte describing compression, append mode, and crypto usage.

seq: u16

Sequence number. Async blocks increment and skip zero; sync blocks use zero.

begin_hour: u8

Begin hour in local time.

end_hour: u8

End hour in local time.

len: u32

Payload byte length, excluding header and tail marker.

client_pubkey: [u8; 64]

Optional client public key bytes used by encrypted logs.
