Configuration for the Leiden community detection algorithm.

Fields§

§gamma: f64

Resolution parameter controlling community granularity: higher values yield more, smaller communities.

§resolution: f64

Scaling factor applied to modularity.

§iterations: usize

Maximum number of passes.

§deterministic: bool

Whether to run reproducibly. With a seed this is redundant; without one it fixes the seed so that repeated runs agree.

§seed: Option<u64>

Seed for the random number generator.

§min_community_size: usize

Communities smaller than this are merged into a neighbour where possible.
