Fields§

§open: bool§scroll: usize§kind: Option<PreviewKind>§lines: Vec<PreviewLine>

Cached rendered lines (rebuild on open / buffer change fingerprint)

§source_len: usize§opened_at: Option<Instant>

Animation clock — armed by open/close, started by the first render (see anim_progress), so synchronous open work can’t eat the window.

§anim_pending: bool§hscroll: usize

Horizontal pan for long pretty lines (wrap_lines = false).

§base_dir: Option<PathBuf>

Directory of the previewed file (relative image resolution).

§cell_dims: (u32, u32)

(cell_w_px, cell_h_px) for image row budgeting.

§anim_from: f32

Openness endpoints for the current phase (0 = source, 1 = fully pretty).

§anim_to: f32§closing: bool

True while exit transform plays (open stays true until done).

§just_closed: bool

One-shot: close animation just finished.

§media_path: Option<PathBuf>

Media preview path (image / audio / npy) — not necessarily the buffer.

Implementations§

Source§

impl PreviewState

Source

pub fn new() -> Self

Source

pub fn visible(&self) -> bool

Source

pub fn is_animating(&self) -> bool

Source

pub fn close_immediate(&mut self)

Instant hide (no reverse sweep).

Source

pub fn close(&mut self)

Start reverse transform (pretty → source). Keeps open until done.

Source

pub fn open_for(&mut self, text: &str, ext: Option<&str>)

Source

pub fn anim_progress(&mut self) -> f32

Linear openness 0.0..=1.0 (0 = source view, 1 = full pretty).

Source

pub fn open_path(&mut self, path: &Path) -> Result<(), String>

Open media / pretty file from a path (explorer or command).

Source

pub fn take_just_closed(&mut self) -> bool

Source

pub fn rebuild(&mut self, text: &str, ext: Option<&str>)

Source

pub fn scroll_by(&mut self, delta: isize, page: usize)

impl<T> Downcast for T
where T: Any,

Source§

fn into_any(self: Box<T>) -> Box<dyn Any>

Convert Box<dyn Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Box<dyn Any>. Box<dyn Any> can then be further downcast into Box<ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
Source§

fn into_any_rc(self: Rc<T>) -> Rc<dyn Any>

Convert Rc<Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Rc<Any>. Rc<Any> can then be further downcast into Rc<ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
Source§

fn as_any(&self) -> &(dyn Any + 'static)

Convert &Trait (where Trait: Downcast) to &Any. This is needed since Rust cannot generate &Any’s vtable from &Trait’s.
Source§

fn as_any_mut(&mut self) -> &mut (dyn Any + 'static)

Convert &mut Trait (where Trait: Downcast) to &Any. This is needed since Rust cannot generate &mut Any’s vtable from &mut Trait’s.
