}Expand description
A validated request to export one vendor WSI into one DICOM output directory.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.source_path: PathBufPath to the source slide readable by wsi-rs.
output_dir: PathBufDirectory where generated DICOM instances are written.
options: ExportOptionsExport routing, encoding, ICC, and backend options.
metadata: MetadataSourceMetadata policy used to populate required DICOM identifying fields.
level_filter: Option<u32>Optional single source pyramid level to export.
