A validated request to export one vendor WSI into one DICOM output directory.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

source_path: PathBuf

Path to the source slide readable by wsi-rs.

output_dir: PathBuf

Directory where generated DICOM instances are written.

options: ExportOptions

Export routing, encoding, ICC, and backend options.

metadata: MetadataSource

Metadata policy used to populate required DICOM identifying fields.

level_filter: Option<u32>

Optional single source pyramid level to export.
