Request for source-aware default transfer syntax selection.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

tile_size: u32

Requested fallback DICOM tile size.

level_filter: Option<u32>

Optional single source pyramid level to inspect.

max_levels: Option<u32>

Optional cap on source levels inspected.
