Why an operation did not happen.

Three different things, and every surface says them differently: a request that was wrong (a draft with no title), GitHub refusing or failing, and the mirror itself failing.

Variants

Invalid(String)

The request itself is wrong; nothing was asked of anybody.

NoToken(String)

Answering needs GitHub, and there is no token to ask with.

GitHub(Error)

GitHub refused or could not be reached.

Mirror(Error)

The mirror could not be read or written.
