eFuse mode-select register (base+0x30). Write the 16-bit magic to arm an access: 0xA5A5 = program (write) mode, 0x5A5A = read mode.
You can read this register and get efuse_ctl_data::R. You can reset, write, write_with_zero this register using efuse_ctl_data::W. You can also modify this register. See API.
