Built from RateLimiterConfig::default(), optionally overridden by
WM_DISPATCH_* environment variables (see module docs).
Fields§
§global_rpm: u64Max total dispatches per minute across all tools (0 = unlimited).
default_tool_rpm: u64Default per-tool dispatches per minute (0 = unlimited).
burst_allowance: u64Extra burst capacity per tool window.
tool_overrides: HashMap<String, u64>Per-tool RPM overrides: tool name → RPM.
