Singleton per-account spot-instance datafeed subscription. AWS allows at most one subscription per account; CreateSpotDatafeedSubscription fails with AlreadyExists if one is already present, and DeleteSpotDatafeedSubscription clears it.

"Active" after Create, no other states are reachable in the emulator. Real AWS also exposes Inactive while propagation to S3 fails, which we don’t model.
