Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

The key declared more access than the target states: a Key<ReadWrite> for a target that can only be read, for one. A key that declares less is accepted.
