Struct FileOptions 

pub struct FileOptions { /* private fields */ }

What to open: access and creation, as std::fs::OpenOptions names them. Only these, because the open mode is what an OpenedFile vouches for, and a caller’s own flags could change it. A file is shared for reading, writing and deletion, as std opens one.
