Handler for stanza types that are not yet fully implemented.

This handler provides a placeholder for stanza types like:

  • <call> - Voice/video call signaling
  • <presence> - User presence updates
  • <chatstate> - Typing indicators

These will be logged and handled minimally until full implementations are added.
