Parses weida+unix://<percent-encoded-socket-path>/<path>.

The socket path is percent-encoded because it contains the same separator the endpoint path uses, and it is validated against this platform’s sun_path budget after decoding [0010 §4.8]. The sha256:…@ userinfo form is refused: there is no key to pin on a local transport, and an address that looks like it authenticates but does not is worse than one that plainly does not.
