truncated: Option<TruncationReason>

Set when the hit list was cut short by response_max_bytes rather than by the caller’s limit.

A short list is otherwise indistinguishable from a small graph, and the two call for opposite reactions: one is a reason to narrow the query, the other a reason to stop looking.
