Removes an active verified claimed handle belonging to the caller’s account. Weft MUST refuse removing the primary or last active claimed handle with CALL_FAILURE_CODE_FAILED_PRECONDITION / ERROR_REASON_LIFECYCLE_STATE. Select another primary first. Removing a handle never changes account UUIDs or revokes a credential; existing directory/tombstone policy still applies.

UUID accepted by weft’s existing UUID parser; at most 45 ASCII bytes. See docs/alpha-v2/account-management.md for the inherited UUID forms.

handle: String

Exact canonical PublicHandleRecord.handle: nonempty and at most 256 UTF-8 bytes, including the provider qualifier, checked before normalization. Reuse weft-base handle::parse_canonical_text and its grammar; see docs/alpha-v2/account-management.md.
