OwnerGenesis(SignedSpoolOwnerGenesis)

Signed by the account’s current owner authority. Admission verifies the account’s root and accepted rotation history and compares its current key atomically with creation. Historical membership alone cannot create a new spool. Retry the original signed genesis and operation ID.

CustodialSpool(SpoolRef)

Explicit creation through this account’s existing server-held authority. The client supplies a fresh UUIDv7. Only an active server-rooted account with configured per-user custody can use this branch; it never establishes a root or falls back to the deployment key. The response contains the same portable signed genesis and owner history as client-signed creation.
