Expand description

Credentials and additional raw MMKV values are caller supplied; this type has no Debug/Serialize so a bootstrap request cannot enter ordinary logs.

Additional already encoded values, e.g. verified saved-login records. Unknown defaults are not fabricated. Identity keys are reserved and cannot override.
