• Http: server returned a non-2xx status. Body is the raw response (typically the Tornado-style HTML 500 envelope or a JSON error from the asset-gated handler).
• Transport: TCP connect / read / write failed before a status line came back.
• Encode: serde_json couldn’t serialise the request body.
