What new_ledger is given (newLedger’s second argument). The defaults are the teller’s: currency txbt4, one confirmation.

Fields

operator: &'a str

The operator, any form account_of reads.

name: &'a str

The name, 1 to MAX_NAME characters.

currency: &'a str

The currency.

created: u64

Unix seconds at creation (the teller takes the clock; this crate takes it from the caller).

confirmations: u64

Confirmations before a deposit is credited.
